Remedies

Colds: Garlic Tea

Garlic Tea

Chop 4 or 5 garlic cloves, place in a large cup, cover with boiling water and steep for 10 minutes.

Colds: Ginger/Green Onion Root Tea

Simmer 3 or 4 slices of ginger and the roots of 4 or 5 green onions in a small pan for 10 minutes. Strain.

Sore Throat: Sage Tea

Simmer 1/4 cup of sage in two cups of water for 10 minutes. Strain and use to gargle.
